When you click on the 'Buy now' or 'Add to Cart' buttons, you will be directed to the secure Paypal site where you can safely enter your credit or debit card details. If you don't already have a Paypal account you will be given the option of opening one - you can skip this step if you wish and choose the option to pay directly with your card.

As soon as your payment has gone through, you will be able to proceed to the downloads page, and you will also receive an email which contains a link to the recording(s) you have paid for. Follow the simple instructions and you will have the files on your computer within a few minutes.

Almost any PC or Apple Mac system will do, as long as you have a broadband connection and sufficient disk space available on which to download the files. To open the ZIP file which contains the mp3's, you will need a utility such as WinZip for a Windows-based system, or Stuffit Expander for a Mac, both of which are available for free if you don't already have them. To play the files on your computer, you will need mp3 player software such as iTunes, which is also free to download. Most modern systems will have these or equivalent sofware programmes already installed, enabling you to download and play the files almost immediately.

All the recordings are in mp3 format which can be played on a computer or mp3 player such as an iPod. They can also be burned onto CD for playback in a regular CD player.

These files are copyright, but they are not copy-protected. That means you can back up the files you have purchased on your computer, burn them onto CDs and even pop a copy on your iPod without feeling guilty. If you like one of these recordings so much you want to share it with your best friend, that's okay too, but do me a favour. Write me a short review telling me how much you enjoyed it and how it has helped you. It won't take you long, and I'll consider it a fair exchange.

What you can't do is resell or distribute these recordings in any way, shape or form without my permission. It's definitely illegal and probably immoral. Bad karma too.

If you are not satisfied with your digital product for any reason, send an email within 14 days of purchase stating your reason for refund request and the transaction ID to which the request refers. Please note that refunds can only be credited to the same credit/debit card account used to fund the purchase. Refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Ian Watson.

As these are live recordings, occasionally you will hear me answer questions which the microphone didn't pick up. This is usually because the questioner spoke very quietly, or was too far away from the microphone. Unfortunately I don't always remember to repeat the questions, although I do my best!

Some do, some don't. If handouts were provided at the live seminar, then I've made copies available to go with the recordings. I recommend making your own notes as you listen to the seminars, its a good way to imprint the salient points on your memory.
